    We are currently seeking a Ad Tech Ops Manager to join our ALC Digital - Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company who is changing with way marketing is accomplished.


    This individual will serve as the expert on the operations across ALC Digital's products. Responsibilities include technical implementation, reporting and analytics, sales support, troubleshooting and issue resolution, and communicating billing and invoicing information to Accounting as well as ad hoc requests as needed.


    Our "ideal candidate" is an individual who has experience leading the implementation of publisher and partner tags, analyzing tag firing and match reporting while identifying and troubleshooting anomalies. In addition, they have experience providing first level technical support for pixel and JavaScript tag issues, and actively participate on product improvement teams.

    In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

    • College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred);
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required;
    • Familiarity with pixel and JavaScript site tagging and cookie placement processes required;
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end web processes required;
    • Knowledge of or ability to learn to use Chrome developer tools, Firebug, or similar front-end web tools;
    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues at a basic level;
    • Strong Project Management Skills;
    • Knowledge of digital data ecosystem;
    • Comfortable with communicating technical details with non-technical stakeholders;
    • Strong level of attention to detail is a must;
    • Strong analytical mindset;
    • Critical and creative thinking skills;
    • Ability to learn new skills quickly;
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.



    Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage the implementation of new clients and partners across ALC Digital's products;
    • Act as first level of technical support for pixel and JavaScript tag issues and escalate complex issues;
    • Lead the implementation of tags for new and existing publishers and partners;
    • Obtain monthly reporting from partners and compile and distribute monthly publisher reporting;
    • Act as liaison with Accounting group to communicate billing and resolve payment and invoicing issues;
    • Analyze tag fire and match reporting to identify anomalies and troubleshoot or escalate any issues as well as identify opportunities;
    • Suggest and participate in development and implementation of product improvements with Technology Group.
